Store Manager
This is a full time seasonal position. This position requires a commitment to work from mid- July through mid-November.
Store Manager Responsibilities include:
Secure the permits and licenses when necessary
Supervise the construction/build out of the stores
Merchandise/set the store according to plan
Recruit/train Assistant Managers & Associates
Maintain appropriate staffing levels throughout the season following Company guidelines
Instruct store employees on the importance of providing customer service to satisfy the guest and help build sales
Motivate the store team to think outside the box to achieve/exceed the sales goals
Partner with Human Resources to handle employee relation issues
Lead the day-to-day operations of the store
Control payroll expense and meet expense budgets
Verify that bank deposits are made daily
Make sure stores are prepped and ready for inventory
Pack up all goods able to be sold next year following Company guidelines
Job Requirements
We are looking for creative, high energy, fun people with strong leadership and customer service skills.
Must be at least 21 years of age
HS Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years’ experience in retail, preferably in management
Reliable transportation
Able to pass company background check & drug test
Able to communicate effectively with Home Office, District Manager, landlords, realtors, city officials, store staff, and customers

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, Nightmares Unlimited Inc., who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
